"I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. Food is so good ignore all the bad reviews we were super impressed, cocktails and premium brand drinks on the All inclusive were the best we have had, staff all super friendly, I had 2 massages whilst there & they were booth amazing. "I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant."
