"From the moment I arrived I felt very welcomed and the staff couldn't do enough. The bungalow I stayed in was sublime - everything I needed and more...and approx 10 steps to the pool on one side, and 10 steps to the beach on the other side. My return flight wasn't until 9pm, and check-out is at 12 noon - however, they allow you to use the facilities and even have a shower and changing room so that you could freshen up after the day and before leaving for your flight - what a bonus! "Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening. "
