Awesome staff… great service. I enjoyed my stay there.
Stayed just for a nights rest (traveling from FL back to PA), room was clean and quiet, staff was very helpful, breakfast had good choices & was very clean. Will definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.
Front desk was informative and helpful,rooms were clean no roaches,bed bugs or smell of marijuana from other guest which is what I have dealt with from other hotels prior to booking. Will definitely suggest visiting as well as right across the street from major stores and markets
Carpet was nasty. Shower had a lot of water residue. My accommodations before getting there were not taken into accountability. Refrigerator had mold inside. Iron was broken.

They aggravated me about my service dogs and demanded ids for my dogs which is against the regulations of ada then she told me not to renew my reservation because of our service dogs... I had to clean my own room and we wasn't offered fresh towels or bedding for the three day stay... It was like because I had service dogs I was less of a person to this place and at any motel in Columbia so far they all give me problems about my service dogs .. there is three of us and we have 4 service dogs because one is 15 and the new one is because of the first ones age
I was charged $40 for an early check in, then $100 incidentals which was not told about up front. Then the icing on the cake was my card was charged $69 twice. .
The 100 cash deposit at check in should have been enough to turn me away. But unfortunately I booked. Non refundable room by accident. So I proceeded with the check in. Property photos are misleading on website. Room was a smoking room even though they said it was non smoking and that’s what I reserved. The sheets on the bed looked like they hadn’t been changed could see they were dirty and imprints in them, pillow cases were so soiled they weren’t even white anymore. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The electrical socket was hanging out of the wall. The property was behind a gas station and was dark around the sides and back where you park in front of your room. No inside access. Access to the rooms are all from the outside. Got my 100 cash deposit back and took a loss on the room since it was non refundable. But definitely would not be staying there.

Upon checking in the front desk was rude, room was dirty I found a ring between the sheets. Requested new sheets and it took 2 hours
The people that cleaned the room were very friendly and nice. The person that checked us in should not be doing that job, not friendly at all. They ask for a 100.00 cash only deposit which I did get back, but I’ve never had to do that anywhere else. I would not stay there again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Manager was rude. Told me he could wave the fee to keep same room overnight, switched the price from $25 to $75. Just money hungry, judgemental. And extremely rude. Room was not too shabby.
My daughter was bit several times by bed bugs in two different rooms over a 2 night stay. I was very upset about that. Other than that it was a great place.
Burn holes in the blankets, no heat in the room (it’s January). One wash cloth and two towels in a double room, no batteries in the remote. I was traveling with my disabled son and it took us a bit longer than expected to pack up and get checked out. They were banging on my door at 10:59 wanting to know if I was paying for another night or checking out. There’s more but I think you get the point. I hate that I used my rewards for this horrible stay.
Good strong shower, working fridge, comfortable bed. HVAC worked fine but was noisy.
Overall the property is very dated and needs an exterior refresh. Kind of a gloomy place to stay. Don't know why ratings are above average for this category of motel. Friendly check-in staff.

My stay was good. The bed was noisy, like it was on top of a filing cabinet when i moved around. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. Shower had a drip but worked. Large room, could fit another bed.
Stained comforter, stained toilet… very noticeable

When i booked and prepaid the room i made sure it was prt friendly but at check-in our room was downgraded and a charge for the pet was added
