"We were there for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. This hotel has a long standing partnership with Mayo. The room was great, locations was perfect and the staff seemed to really understand that most of the guests were there for medical appointments. The staff was amazing and kind."

"resturants near by are fast food or mediocre, except Caribou Coffee in Lobby which is comparable to Starbucks (Don't have Caribou where we live). ..better to go over to Grand Kahler for meals. Gave 4 on Area around Hotel averaging 3 to shops surrounding hotel but 5 because its just across the street ..."

"The hotel was clean and the room was clean. However, the couch had a definite smell of urine. It was very strong. It is a pet friendly hotel so I was assuming it was animal urine? It was bothersome, but I did not mention it to the hotel staff."
