"Helpful staff, all areas nice and clean but there wasnโt the usual fragrances that you have in spa hotels. We wasnโt aware dogs were allowed which isnโt good for our pet allergies. Staff did explain that theyโre only allowed in certain rooms/ areas. Pet hair travels as does the air from hoovers."

"Stayed for one night at a solo traveller with an early start next morning so couldn't sample breakfast, but having eaten the previous evening a decent well cooked burger meal I would guess the breakfast is also good. Staff on reception were very friendly, cheerful and helpful, they also manned the Bar. The room was well decorated and comfortable with a decent modern bathroom. My room layout was a bit awkward in that the TV could only be viewed from the single tub chair, so if you stayed as a couple you would be stuck. I fed this back and they acknowledged it and suggested they would seek to improve. Individual room Air conditioning was a real bonus. The Bar had plenty of seating, a pool table, dart board and board games. Food and Drinks choice was good, but a better Real Ale/Bitter would be appreciated. I would certainly stay again if in the area."

"It was a lovely hotel with a great swimming pool and gym. We used the restaurant for a meal in the evening which was very tasty. The restaurant had drinks outside in a seated area. We had our dog with us too. I would visit again."
