"Non-smoking room had been smoked in recently. I asked about it they said people are going to do whatever they want. The smoke detector was chirping, but moved to another room because they didn’t have batteries or anyone to change it. The second room had extension cords strung out, bathroom door had been caved in like some one had hit and the rooms, hall and parking were filthy. "

"Front desk staff was rude. The was a sticker on the mirror in the bathroom that said towels and bedding would be changed daily. When we returned in the evening nothing was done. We asked the front desk she said oh no every 3 days and gave us a pice of paper smaller than a post it note and said see a pointed at the bottom and you could hardly read it. When we asked for some body was she asked for the empty bottle, as if we were going to steal it. Cricket in the room and much more. We are Wyndham members. They gave the standard apology. We will never stay there again. "

"The furniture in the "executive suite" was torn up, ripped and very worn.i did not want to sit on it. The bed sheets were clean but not at all tucked in. Dirty carpet in the room. I had to clean the mirror in the bathroom myself due to the streaks on it being so bad our reflection was blurry. Staff were awesome, lobby nice but i was only passing through. Will not stay again unfortunately. Not worth the $162.00"

"The staff was amazing! The hotel itself needs some work the gym didn’t work nothing did the pool was over chemicaled you couldn’t see the bottom an the hot tub was broke the entire stay which was one of the reasons for booking the hotel "
