"Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. "

"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps.

"Excellent, spacious appartment. Could not have been better equipped.
The bedroom is up a spiral staircase so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues."

"Comfortable and cozy living area and very spacious bedrooms, this cottage is an amazing getaway. The large pond at the edge of the garden, with lots of fish was a winner for our two boys aged 8 and 9.
We saw a kingfisher and quite a few amazing birds casually dropping by.
The welcome biscuits where a definate treat and we will be returning. "

"Great place to stay with dogs. Nice rooms and a kitchen. They also provide EV Car charging which I took advantage of for £20/day. This property does not come up on the Hotels.com search filter for EV charging locations. "

"We booked fairly last minute for a two-night stay. The room heater was on on arrival which was a nice touch as we’d just arrived by motorcycle on a rainy evening. There is a CAMRA-registered pub opposite and a great breakfast and dirty burger restaurant within a minute’s walk. Tesco express right round the corner. The room itself is a bit small, but has all you need for a short stay, and there’s a nice big car park for the building, too. Despite the nightlife on the doorstep, the neighbourhood...

"This is a delightful cottage for 1 or 2 people. Sofas and bed are comfortable; shower room stylish with a great sized shower. And with lovely underfloor heating toes were toastie all weekend. I was able to entertain friends in a relaxed informal environment which was great."

"Had a wonderful stay at The Dabbling Duck. Our room was lovely and clean with a great view of the Village Green. The staff, who were extremely busy serving Sunday lunch were very polite and helpful. We had a booking in the restaurant, where the food was amazing, as was the breakfast. Over all, this is a stunning place to stay and chill, absolutely loved it, 10/10."
"Arrived relatively later on in the day, and reception was closed, but it was not an issue as I picked up my key from the security office, which is not far from the hotel at all, and they were very helpful and quick to give me the room key and swipe card for the building.
Parking was also very easy as you just park in the main UEA car park then use the terminal next to the lift to validate your registration for free parking.
Room was immaculate and had great amenities, full tea and coffee station, large TV, lots of storage space, good size fridge, and the beds were very comfortable.
Only downside was the shower temperature was quite difficult to get, as the handle was very sensitive, so you had to carefully adjust the handle otherwise it would be really cold or really hot. Other than that everything was perfect.
Staff very friendly and helpful, and checked us out very quickly on the departure day."
"Great staff, helpful and friendly. The food in the Brazzerie was excellent. A little disappointed that the pool was closed to guests between 15:30 and 17:00 because of Children Swimming. Also slightly disappointed that you haven’t pay £7.40 per person for a swim. "
