"We've stayed a half dozen times or more in the past few years, and never had anything bad to say about any aspect of our stay. Same for this visit. Better than ever, staff interaction and communication from airport transportation to check in, housekeeping, breakfast, towels, drinks at the bar, food at the restaurant, all well above our expectations. We introduced some friends to IB this year and we can guarantee another visit. Great job, and keep up the good work."

"the staff at Paradise Hotel were friendly. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was family friendly I went with my twelve year daughter and she had fun playing in the pool with other children. There was different entertainment at dinner each night. We really enjoyed the Garifuna people dancing punta that was our favorite. Two things they need to improve. When taking a shower hot water runs out immediately and there was no dresser in the room to store clothes."
