Soho Grand Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Second time at this hotel. It never disappoints. It is well appointed, and the staff is friendly. It is clean and we like how close it is to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"This was a wonderful experience. The service with some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff was very attentive and was able to accommodate all my wins. It was truly a pleasurable experience."
"Good location. Close to subway and easy to navigate for visitors to the city. Rooms are decent size for NYC. Walking distance to Greenwich and Washington Square Park. Our bathroom had some mold on the toilet, but nothing over the top. Would definitely stay again"
"The Jane is one of my favorite hotels in the city. Perfect for just me for a few days, and I actually really enjoy the tiny little “cabins”! Super cozy and the service is very sweet, will always come back here!"
"Love staying there. Rooms are small but clean and lots of light. Fridge in room is a bonus. The lobby area is amazing to work from. Staff helpful and friendly. Happy to be back. "
"Our room was a bit tight, but good. It had everything we needed and the hotel was situated well for where we needed to be. We were happy with the amenities included (refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, iron & small ironing board). Coffee was available most times in the lobby. The staff we met were very nice and helpful. We appreciated very much the hotel responding to our request for a room on a lower floor as we are seniors and the hotel does not have an elevator. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience at The Chelsea Inn, and the price was a good value in this neighborhood."
