"comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!"

Breakfast was good- waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, fresh fruit only thing missing was form of protien... no eggs, sausage or bacon... not even hard boiled eggs. That's my only point for improvement."

"maintenance needed in room. Silver dollar size shower head. Desk chair was in need of repair. Biggest problem was I booked a king nonsmoking -accessible through the web site and paid for it at booking. When I arrived , we were placed in a King -non smoking regular. Not what I booked. Duty clerk said booking was for a standard not an accessible room. Stated they had already booked the accessible room for another lady. I'm not a fan of bait and switch schemes and have reasons to book an accessible room. Duty clerk said it was your fault with the booking interface. I'm the one who got burned. Not Happy.!!!"
