"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. "Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special. A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. Your kindness and hospitality really made all the difference. We’re especially grateful for letting us stay up until 4:45am to watch the England vs. Mexico match ,it was such a thoughtful gesture and something we really appreciated. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return!"

"Last time the staff were dreadful but the guy working Sunday evening was amazing. Friendly and was first time someone actually help me after 4 failed attempts with other staff. Computer system was down so did what he could and came back later to sort the rest. The room is no thrills but at least it’s good to know they have at least one good staff member"

"Arrival was really efficient and the reception team super accommodating and friendly. The carpark is large, and plenty of spaces. Must out registration of vehicle into tablet on reception desk to avoid a penalty fine. Bar and lounge area really well kept, and menu for drinks and food is great - including some deals. Bedroom was a fantastic size with two double beds. Clean and well appointed with a smart TV also. Breakfast on check-out morning was enough to fill us for the day until tea! We will stay again, for sure!"
