"To start off, my credit card was charged the full amount for the 5 days we stayed. After a couple nights, I noticed another charge from them that shouldn't have happened. Went to go figure it out and it seemed like the main man didn't want to take responsibility for being the person that checked me in and chRgWe gave them time to figure it out during our stay, to which they did, but something fishy is definitely going on. Secondly, the snack and soda machines were not properly running. The room smelled very musty and wet almost. The breakfast was not a hot breakfast like advertised. I checked it out the second morning and only bagels and small items like that were available. I was not impressed by the staff. Nobody was rude, but definitely not inviting. Their were ppl hanging out in the drop off area doing who knows what. I meant to book at the Wyndham Hotel right in the same area but got this. They won't let you cancel unless you pay full fee so we was stuck. The only good thing was the pool. It really was nice. They should put a trash can out there though. I hate leaving bad reviews but after reading some of the other reviews, seems like this place has went downhill with the new management."
