"They put us on the 3rd floor right next to the lobby, and baggage carts. The first room on the left, with a pool view. The music was so loud till 10pm maybe, which was whatever but then the baggage carts being slammed into the wall all morning starting around 625am left a lot to be desired. Not sure I’d recommend staying here. Cool location though."

"We booked this hotel last year and the reviews were great. Upon arrival one of our party was quite upset due to her cards not working and the staff was mot helpful at all just started at her in disgust. We were also told no further charges were to be made as it was all prepaid through virgin then having over 200 dollars debited from the account! The male members of reception were pretty good but the females were arrogant and ignorant when asking questions or advice. The smell of weed was present throughout the floors and in the lift which wasn’t a nice encounter. I believe this place offered better service before the Hilton takeover which seemed to be what I heard a few customers saying "

"I had a great overall stay at the Andaz hotel. The room was very clean, and everything felt well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff was especially impressive—everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The only downside was the air conditioning unit in the room. It made a noticeable, somewhat annoying noise that was difficult to ignore while trying to sleep. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and I would still consider staying here again."

"The lobby was nice, the pet service was nice. However, my room was underwhelming, unclean in some parts, especially for a 5-star hotel. There were some stains on the carpet and on the actual sink of the hotel, there were literal drain flies coming out. The caulking also looked old around the shower. We stayed only for 1 night hence not complaining as it was the only 2-bed available left for that day (we got moved). Too bad this happened as it was a perfect location. "
