- Hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to GOI airport, perfect place to stay if you have a flight the next day.
- It is also fantastically located right next to a picture perfect beach.
- The Duty Manager Rita is amazing - introduced herself to us immediately upon check in, made herself available if we needed any advice or support, offered advice and suggestions for us based on our movements. Stepped in and helped us resolve an issue with the restaurant.

Generally, we did not find the F&B part overpriced (e.g. cocktails 7€/$, soft drinks 2.50€/$). Very good spa. Except for a few exceptions, staff are very well trained and helpful. There is a shuttle service to the (not so great) beach. Taxis to a much better beach (15 minutes) are readily available."
