"This is NOT by any means whatsoever a 3 or 4 star hotel. It's impossible! The advertised pictures must be from when the hotel open initially. It's a ghost! Too rundown, the beds (when you uncover them) are full of stains and old. The sheets and towels are ALL stained. "It was the perfect stay for us, they provide not just basic needed as hotel, but also a complete activities for kids such as kids club, playgrounds, feeding the animals, archery, flying fox, you name it, they got it 😁. "The area is very scenic and beautiful but it's difficult to enjoy the view from your room because the furniture is not at all comfortable. "The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor.
