- The unit cleanliness was not acceptable. Cobwebs were present throughout the space. Dishes were dirty. Dirty sock found in couch. The shower had a ring of black grime or mold. Washrooms had dirt and grime.
- The furniture had fasteners fall out.
- The air conditioner was missing a remote.
- Burnt-out lightbulb in kitchen.
- Access to the amenities was significantly misrepresented. During our check-in, it was advised that the facilities would be open until 11 PM. However, the facility closes at 6 PM.
- We were without hot water for a significant portion of our stay. This resulted in not being able to bathe during the outage. Had we been given appropriate notice, we would have elected to book with another establishment.
- Communication was confusing. A response to an email resulted in multiple replies with different information. Information was often incorrect.
- Concerns were communicated to the property manager. However, they were unwilling to make any concessions in a gesture of good will for our disappointing stay.
