Love the room and the hotel. Staff was welcoming. However, it can be tricky getting to the hotel and easily confused for the other Marriott hotel next to it

Room was nicely furnished and comfortable however pillows were useless and the room was very noisy. Not sure what the source was but at times it seemed like a jet engine was roaring on the hall. Upon check-in I had asked if a mountain facing room was available however the agent immediately retorted that I had booked a city view. Thankfully the guest manager was standing there and told tell her to check if other options were available. If not for this, I think our stay would’ve been ruined by traffic noise from the outside with the city view room. Dining options were very limited and it seemed like they struggled to keep up with demand for the hot foods. It wasn’t particularly busy when we were there however unless you had time to wait, the options were toast, cereal and oatmeal. Cutlery was also not readily available - at the first breakfast service there were no forks. The second service had cutlery available but only scraps of leftover hasbrowns.

We had an exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient, making our experience truly special. A particular shoutout to Maybelle, who promptly resolved a drainage issue in our room with her expertise, professionalism, and outstanding attitude. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with everything looking and feeling brand new. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a variety of vegetarian options and freshly prepared oatmeal (not from packets!). And, a bonus for adults, the hot tub was available until 11pm - the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We arrived needing an early check in, but due to being at near full capacity they couldn’t provide our selected room at the time we hoped. Instead they offered to upgrade our room to a suite at no extra cost so that we could check in earlier. The room was beautiful with modern and comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the included hot breakfast the following morning and were so pleased to learn they offered Gluten-Free options! The location is stunning and quiet while still providing easy access to local attractions/sights.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room is clean but the A/C sounds was a bit loud. The parking spots are huge and the free breakfast was great benefit too.

The one bedroom suite was really nice and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment to do some cooking. We had a nice stay, lots of options for dining were walkable and grocery stores were near by.

Since none of the reviews said it, I’ll be the one who said it for the first time. I am currently staying here for 2 nights. As soon as I arrived at the room, I knew it very well. The city view room is NOISY. The room is heading directly to a big street and a lot of traffic passes by even at night. You need to have your earplugs ready at night. This is my first time staying at Marriott Bonvoy Group Hotel and I didn’t get a good first impression. They need to work on soundproofing asap. I don’t recommend taking this city-view room.
