"polished version: The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. The paint, furnishings, and carpeting all felt dated and drab. Although the room itself was reasonably clean, the worn condition of everything made it feel less fresh than it could have. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked efficiently, and there was plenty of hot water."

"Pet friendly was our top reason for selecting this Red Roof hotel. We arrived at the hotel after dark. At check-in, the staff behind the counter seemed preoccupied with a guest issue. I was not acknowledged during my wait but the check-in went quickly once the customer service issue was resolved. I reserved a room for 4 and was given only 1 door access card. The room was clean as was the entrance to the building, the entry way, the hall ways and the parking lots. The room only had towels for 2 guests, but the housekeeping staff supplied 2 additional bath towel on request the next morning and did so promptly. There was an ice bucket in the room but I could not locate an ice machine in the building we stayed in. Otherwise, we and our dog and enjoyed the comfortable beds during our 2 day stay."

"Bathroom needs maintenance. Caulking black in the shower. Walltex wallpaper loose next to shower. Sink electrical outlet didn’t work. Telephone buttons broken. No answer at the front desk or housekeeping this morning when I tried to get help. Breakfast was pretty good. Check out was easy."
