Anuska is incredibly good at her job, always smiling and radiating a positive energy that makes you feel instantly welcome. Sagar Singh (Duty Manager): I am immensely grateful to Sagar for his incredible kindness and professional touch. He handled my room allocation with great care and was generous enough to grant a late check out until 16:00, which made a huge difference to my trip. The attention to detail and the willingness to look after guests is what sets this hotel apart. Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, the team ensures you are well taken care of. I have already begun sharing my positive experiences with others, and I will certainly be back. Thank you for making my stay so special."

"Room staff and bar all very good breakfast just ok"

"Rooms are clean to an extent but under the beds are filthy. We tend to have to push the beds closer together where ever we stay because my kids toss and turn a lot when they sleep and I worry they may fall off and hurt themselves as the beds are quute high. So please Orida maybe hover under the beds once in a while. Other than that everything is always perfect. Great pool and jaccuzi and gym, also sauna and steam room, so much to do at your stay here. We tend to come back regularly for a short break here at least twice a year."

"Tired looking hotel, could do with an update. Breakfast was a disappointment, no bacon or eggs and seemed to be no hurry to replenish items. Didn’t use pool or spa but looked nice enough. Extremely helpful member of staff helped us pull some tables together for a meal in the bar one night as we couldn’t get into the restaurant and needed to be sat at a regular table. Bar prices were very expensive- £32 for 2 glasses of wine! Also tried to charge us £10 for car parking even though we had travelled by train. This was quickly rectified. Rooms were dated but had toiletries in the bathroom - only 1 hand towel - and there was plenty of teabags, milk, coffee etc "
