The room was clean and quite appealing. Because we were the only guests, we had the shared bathroom and toilet for ourselves. There was also a little private deck associated with the room which was great. The owners seemed to be nice but there was not much interaction happening as they kept to themselves. The location is great and folks who like the country side will enjoy it, as it has a quite nice garden and rural surroundings. The reason why we give it only three stars is that there was no breakfast included which is strange for a so-called B&B.

This is a lovely B&B. It is an easy 20 minute drive from Christchurch Airport, yet so quiet and peaceful. Andrew and Christine are very welcoming hosts and we enjoyed our conversation over breakfast. The guests’ lounge is comfortable and guests can make hot drinks at any time. Set in beautiful gardens. Highly recommended.

It was a very warm and beautiful place to stay, with the most welcoming hosts, Christine and Andrew, who made sure we had everything we needed. The property and surrounding views are stunning making our stay there a memorable one. Host were very friendly and welcoming, accommodating our late arrival, so thank you. Arranged breakfast for us even though we didn’t pre-arrange. Place was beautifully clean. Use googlemaps to find the place if arriving in the dark. Would recommend to anyone.

Quiet world, location, good communication with a couple. Our understanding of B&B was bed-and-breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Perhaps here in New Zealand. It doesn’t mean the same thing as it does to us in the US.Still a pleasant stay

The place suited us for a one night stay. Very clear and tidy. We had to supply our own milk for tea and although the room advertised to sleep 3 we had to pay $25 dollars extra for a bed for my granddaughter which was placed at the foot of our bed

We stayed at this place for a night . Words are not enough for this place it is so peaceful place perfect for an escape away from everything. Our room was with garden view it was so so so cool . The best thing was waking up in the morning and hearing the birds chirping. This place really remind me days back in my home country my farm house. It is really a comfort place to stay. So clean and tidy place well maintained the whole property. We will definitely come back to stay here again and again.
