The staff was amazing from start to finish. The only recommendation I would have is to use less space for the concierge parking and give hotel guests more of an option. I was there for 5 days and had to park very far away from the entrance. Also, the valet is just that a valet only . . . never said can I help you with a bag etc. Having to park far away meant I had to leave my bags at the door go park and come back. I was told by the valet - I am parking only....

We liked the shortish walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the convenience and quality of the on premise restaurant. That was about it. We paid $1800 for 3 days. Everything was ala cart and even by testament of the ppl who work there…”a rip off.” $5 for a small bag of chips. $22 a day for parking, $5 service fee for “included” room service. If they can up charge you, they will. Only one of the three elevators worked 2 of the 3 days we were there. You need your key everywhere you go in high crime west palm beach. The pool gates lock behind you. The elevator needs a key. Both entering and LEAVING the parking lot…yup, you guessed it…you need your room key. This was a bucket list trip with my son that I opened up the pocket books for a rich life experience. The rooms were nice but nothing special. I guess rich life equals how much can we exploit from our guests. I would never stay here again at this price. No way no how.
