"The room was clean and the staff was lovely and the archway when you walk to the elevators are awesome. "

"Very welcoming to dogs. The bathroom was very dated and in poor shape. Very large room. Bed was a little hard. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. "

"Never cleaned the room during 3days, requested one more instant cup(we are three people but there only two cup in the room),but they denied. Since there is no exhaust fan, the smell in the bathroom doesn't go away after use. "

"Third time staying at this property for staycations. Always pretty decent. Staff was great (valet and front desk). No complaints as the service in these areas was amazing. The location is amazing. In and out privileges with the valet are great. Hotel is clean and feels upscale. Easy walk to restaurants, museums and bars. Few things I don't like: 1) Valet parking is $72. The room was $300. That is a crazy ratio. 2) The rooftop bar is a separate establishment. You need a reservation (Which is $12 per person) and does not go towards your bill. The hotel advertises the rooftop bar in its like it is an amenity, but it really isn't. Also, if you want to go up there and just get a drink, it is impossible to do so because it is so crowded with people. Basically unless you want to spend $48 for a cover fee for a family of four to buy $22 martinis, you are out of luck. 3) We asked for an extra blanket at 10pm. We were told it would be delivered to the room. It never came. That is unacceptable for a hotel. Especially a Hilton. Be better. 4) The pool is a bit of a nightmare. Filled with 50 kids during the day (understandable). Adult swim is the last 1.5 hours at night and still tons of kids and teens yelling, etc. I don't think it is enforced. "

"Great place "

"We had a great experience at Club Quarters. The room was small, but it had everything we needed and was comfortable. There were plenty of hangers. The bathroom was great. One of the best parts is the lobby, with a lovely skylight overseeing comfortable chairs. There's free coffee, tea, and seltzer, and on a rainy afternoon, we hung out here for a while. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I wished for a grab bar in the shower and another trash can in the room, but other than that, we were satisfied and are planning to return. "

"A very happening place ! Loved the decor everywhere and the hype vibe. The bar by the pool area needs more supplies. The wine offering were scarce . No Sauvignon Blanc , no Prosecco! These are not hard to find items, it's quite disappointing to not be available at such high-end hotel."
