"The location is perfect for visiting Busch Gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and the a/c worked great. The suites are amazing with two bathrooms and lots of space. Our suite even had a full sized fridge and microwave. The family suite does not have a door between the bedrooms. The rooms are good but the property itself is very run down and messy. All outdoor trash cans were heaping full and there was a lot of debris and boxes scattered around common areas and outside. The hallway carpets were in need of cleaning and there was a mop and bucket full of water that sat in the stairwell on the 1st floor for at least 12 hours. As someone who travels with a dog the outside maintenance of a hotel is something that is important to me. The dog waste bin was overflowing and the underground parking area had a lot of trash and empty boxes. I’d stay here again for the location, room cleanliness and size, and it being dog-friendly."
