"Staff were amazing. Very friendly and when I realized my already parked car had my charger in it, one of the Valets retrieved it and then apologized for taking a whole 15 min to bring it to me. Mind you, this was during prime checkin time. Great staff. Room was spacious and immaculate. Highly recommend! "

"Great staff! Freezing room. Temp set at 65....and stuck. Space heater offered. Room cleaning by request only. Requested. But not cleaned. Oh well, we are pretty clean and we generated our own heat."

"Overall amazing stay & service. Wish there was more communication among the staff about billing options. I had to leave a staging deposit even though I did prior to my Expedia travel package. Just to later be informed I didn’t need to leave a stay in deposit. I hope this gets resolved as I would wish to come back and hope I get my deposit reimbursed. Overall thank you for the great hospitality. "
