Hot Breakfast was more than ample, unlimited coffee a real treat, hot tub clean and hot, well appointed clean room, very helpful staff and wonderful location.., five minute complimentary hotel shuttle ride to the airport. I would stay again and highly recommend to others. "

"In my 32 years of life, I have never had another guest try to access my room with a key card that was given from the front desk. Somehow guest services managed to check in, around 4am, another guest with my room number as I was staying at their property this past weekend. My 5-year-old daughter and I were terrified as we thought someone was there to break into our room while we slept. Although my valet parking was waived, I have yet to see a refund for my stay that was discussed with the manager. I will not be staying here again nor recommending this property to my family and/or friends. That is a HUGE safety issue for guests that I feel someone should be held accountable because the system should have shown I was checked in the previous night for the entire weekend."
