"Ok"

"My stay started with problems with getting on the WIFI. You have to be a Hilton member to get free WIFI. The hotel needs some repairs here and there. I was in “the tower” on the 5th floor. Wallpaper peeling from around the buttons at the elevators. The table at the elevator was worn. Disappointing for a Hilton. Especially for what you pay each night. As with most Hiltons, you have to pay for breakfast. Complimentary coffee is only available between 6-7. The coffee was great. The room was spacious but the mattress was not comfortable for us. I woke up with a backache both days."

"I stayed here for my birthday and honestly had a great experience. The staff was excellent and very friendly. We were able to enjoy music until around 12–1 a.m. Of course, we were told to lower it, which was understandable, but it was nice that they handled it kindly because some places complain even when the music is not too loud. The hotel offers breakfast, which is a big plus because it helps you save money. They also have a pool, which is a little small and deep, but still nice. The jacuzzi was amazing. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Another thing I really liked is that there were staff members available even late at night. That is a big plus because many hotels do not have that. They also have free machines for ice and drinks, which was another great detail. The location is very convenient and close to many beautiful places to visit, like the National Arboretum, the NASA museum, the zoo about 15 minutes away, and downtown Washington, D.C. around 15–20 minutes away. Overall, it was a very good experience. The price was great for everything the hotel offers, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very nice but there was hair on the ceiling of the shower that seemed to have been there quite some time. The toilet ran the entire time and bathroom sink clogged super fast. But that was truly the only issue with the room. Otherwise we were very impressed. Main issue was any time we went to leave the room there were always people sitting at the bottom of our steps, smoking. There are only 2 rooms upstairs and they were not the people across the hall from us. These people were in the room beneath us which is set pretty far back under the stairs. My husband left to grab our take out and while I was in the shower, one of them decided to come up the stairs and BANG on the door. Screaming HELLO! HELLO! They only stopped when they heard the other lock click and said "they locked the door". My husband was gone for 5 mins tops. There was no emergency, no random little fire. There was zero need to bang on the door and to scream. I truly think they did this because they knew my husband had left and I had stayed. Now this is not the hotels fault whatsoever but I felt incredibly uncomfortable after that."
