"Location of the hotel is convenient with lot of eateries at walking distance. Parking is easily available at all times. Staff is supportive. Rooms, including washrooms, are neat & clean. TV should have more channels available. Even the main news channels are missing. Breakfast is just ok, but there is scope for adding more fruits, sausages etc. Overall a good comfortable experience."

"We were supposed to stay somewhere else, but they never received the booking from hotels.com. The support team at hotels.com got us a room here instead which was a MAJOR upgrade. The hotel was beautiful, great location, awesome restaurant/bar area, and friendly staff. We were able to walk everywhere around town that we wanted to go. It was 30-35 minutes to walk to the main road where the stores and many bars and restaurants are. The lakeview was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out by the water in the morning and evenings. It is a bit pricey which is why we didn't originally book this hotel, but if we return I think we would bite the bullet and pay up to stay here."

"There were many times when there was no one at the front desk, including when I arrived. Once they got there, they were nice, but it's the first time I experienced no one being at the front desk of a hotel when I arrive. Breakfast was good. Plentiful amounts of food. I love those coffee makers with the beans on top! They're great!"

"A nice hotel and room. We had issues with our tv remote - the buttons barely worked but otherwise the room was comfortable and clean with a nice view of trees at the window. The pizza restaurant across the street was authentic NY pizza - definitely recommend that."
