It was close and convenient to areas you needed to get to grocery stores, entertainment and shopping areas as well as restaurants and dining options.

David, the night manager was excellent! The tub was dangerously slippery and there was no bath mat to put down when coming out of the shower! Breakfast was better than expected?

I was disappointed that they had the nerve to charge for parking. I mean ifbb be I’m staying at your facility why would you charge me for parking? The lady who handled the breakfast Ruth was very kind and courteous she is truly a asset to this facility. She left a lasting impression on my stay. Bravo Ruth!!

It was a pleasant surprise that the Hampton was so quiet in such a busy area. Clean and convenient too! Breakfast was quite good.

Having to sign a paper and be charged 250.00 in case you do any damage to the hotel room was a little over the top...nice breakfast and convenient parking. I was in a handicap room so there was plenty of room to get around if I was in a wheelchair. It would have been great to have another secure lock for the door to the hallway. Room was clean and plenty of towels and washcloths.

This Hampton in was a little more rundown than others, but it served its purpose. Check-in was fast and easy. Everyone was very friendly. The heater was loud, but otherwise the mandatory quiet hours were thankfully observed!

Staff always great!
The staff is always professional, efficient and friendly. May be showing some minor age in places, but the location is great. Access to shopping, food and even a movie theater. Highly recommend.

This stay was quite different than other times I've stayed at the hotel. First the $5 charge for parking is ridiculous! It is an open lot, adjacent to a plaza. The hotel is in dire need of a refresh. Stains on rhe carpets, lobby furniture that's dirty, vinyl wallpaper with marks, wet vacs left in the hallway. The breakfast was so unappetizing, we went out the 2nd morning. Dogs barking at 5 a.m.?? I understand there was a dog show in the area but really? I don't think I'll return.

Great location for exploring the Pioneer Valley with good food options close by. Hotel is overdue for a renovation. Public spaces are worn out and our room wasn’t much better.

When making reservation, there is no parking fee shown. When checking out, hidden parking fee is shown on the bill. Hotel reception said we’ll get $50 refund when we check out. But nothing was refunded.

it's not a refund, the amount authorized on your card was 475, your final charge was 436. It may take your bank a few days to release the extra authorization and it definitely won't happen over the weekend.
