"It was different than what was sold via pictures/description. Also no internet or real cleaning material to leave property as requested. It was also difficult to get the key code when we arrived.

"The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice. Limited parking out front, but itâs free and we got a spot. Rooms are nice, though a little dated. Slow internet, but youâre in the heart of the Black Forrest so it is what it is. Overall great location and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Easy short drive to the buses for the Christmas market too!"
