The room size was as expected , it was worthwhile to book the family size to gain extra floor space around beds etc. Air conditioner worked very well , for cooling and to buffer traffic noise. Bathroom was a good size. The full size table was welcome. Although comfortable, and we were staying after a 1200 km one day drive and our priority was sleep , the room was looking overdue for update. Curtains were not well kept and windows were overdue for cleaning. We had no face/face contact with staff other than the morning cleaner outside other rooms

The bed was hard up on the wall for one person to sleep against. We turned the bed 90 degrees to fix the problem. It made it easier to get into bed from both sides, with no-one facing the wall to sleep. The shower head was broken and squirted water everywhere. This included the powerpoint on the far wall, not very electrically safe. For a two person room, it only had one chair. The cleanliness of the room was absolutely top knot, couldn't ask for better.

Drive on by

Place was waaaay over priced for what you got. There was no service at check in - you rang a number and were told your room number and the key was in the door. Place was old and tired - they had tried to tart up the bathroom but it was still tired and drab. The rest of the unit was old and weary. The light in the bathroom worked 50% of the time and the pillows were like rocks. TV was smaller than my computer monitor. Curtains were disgusting and the walls paper thin as I had to contend with the bloke next door snoring like a train all night. You can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear and that applies perfectly to this place.

No staff for check in or assistance, room was clean but only small bedroom size, door adjoining next room with a tissue stuck in the hole where the handle was removed, bathroom rail and toilet paper holder falling off the wall and near fisticuffs over lack of car parking.
