"Waited an hour for a shuttle to reach the hotel , only that was disappointing, hotel was good."

"Parking is awful. Front Staff not helpful at all, parking staff were very informative. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was nice nothing fancy, but still adequate. Windows on the 5th floor were filthy, like just shut the drapes because the view of the filth was bad. We got in from our conference at 11pm, the entire ground floor was closed now and not 1 area offered drinks, there was a beautiful full bar and nobody workimg it. For the price you pay these are expectations you have. Plus side was the cleaning staff we're phenomenal. We wont choose this property again all in all. "

"The building is fine but if you arent planning to rent a car there is nothing to do near the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel but with a pretty small and limited menu. Fine room for a layover "

"The property was amazing, the parking was ridiculously expensive but the free EV charging helped make it a bit more worth it. The room was beautiful and clean."

"The room needs updating. Not enough electrical outlets, some didn't work. The lighting could be better. It was difficult to figure out how to turn lights on. The ambient light switch was all the way at the end behind a lamp between the second bed and the window. The switch by the door was useless and only lit a small portion. The bathroom didn't have enough spots to hang wet towels. Considering this is a room for a larger number of people, I'd expect the room to accommodate that number of people better. The fridge was leaking when we came in. The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative."

"Staff were friendly and the place is very clean. They gave us nice complimentary water containers. There is also complimentary coffee in the morning, where they sell hot food. The vegan bowl was delicious. The only and major downside the parking situation, as it is only valet (which was quite pricey, $50 a night), or street parking. We were able to find street parking in the residential area, but is it a 5-10 minute walk. "
