"I’ve done quite a lot of hotel stays here in Grand Rapids over the past 18 months. My stay at Sonesta ranks at the top. The customer service and security of the hotel was comforting. The rooms were very clean and neat. The shower had actual water pressure, something none of the other hotels seem to have which I appreciated more than anything. I would recommend this hotel for anyone and especially for any family looking for a comfortable and friendly stay with a safe and clean environment surrounded with excellent shopping and food choices. "
