"Our stay was really good and the hot tub was excellent the room was very clean the staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was excellent! However, upstairs from us there were children running and stomping up and down the halls early in the morning on Saturday the day we checked out. We didn't have to check out until 11:00 and we wanted to sleep in because we had been up the previous night late because of our trip to North Platte and we live in Lincoln and the winds from Lincoln to North Platte were horrendous so we were extremely tired. Being woken up by children running and stomping upstairs from us was incredibly rude and I don't mean to be a Karen, but people need to keep an eye on their children and make sure that their children are respectful. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and while we left for the day on Saturday I was hoping for maid services to come into the hotel room and vacuum take the trash out and replace with extra towels. This did not happen and maybe I was the one to not communicate properly and I am assuming that I had to ask to have this service done so if that's the case then that is completely on me but maybe next time when we come to stay that will be available. Other than that, our stay was great. The pool certainly could have been a bit warmer it was very chilly. But like I said the hot tub was great. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the wonderful breakfast. The staff were excellent."
