"The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. However, the attention to detail when cleaning was lacking. The carpets needed a thorough vacuuming and the sink area was left wet. The box of kleenex was left sitting on the sink, so the tissues were soaked. The front desk could not find any more kleenex for us that night, and in talking with a housekeeper the next day, we were told that they were out of kleenex and toilet paper while they waited for a delivery. Breakfast was subpar at best. They were completely out of sausage, a spoonful of eggs, and some anemic looking potatoes were the only hot items. The orange juice and apple juice ran out. The only bread option to toast was white bread - no muffins, bagels, english muffins."

"The staff was incredible. Kristen at the front desk went above and beyond patiently trying to help me get ahold of people because I left my phone in the car that dropped me off. The chicken quesadilla in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for how big it was and the sour cream and guacamole you got. The only issue I had was noise around the room. You could really hear people in the hall and there was a lady talking on the phone very loudly between about 10 and 10:30 am. With a wake up time of 2 am, that was annoying. Had she not stopped by 11, I was going to call down to the desk and I’m sure they would have taken care of it. The noise there just really carried. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and super convenient with a 24-hour airport shuttle that picked up every 15 minutes. I’d definitely stay there again!"
