"When I arrived at midnight (I had sent them a message on the Expedia site in advance, I'll arrive at midnight 1~2 am), my booking was ignored. The reception staff said the rooms were all full and there was no room for me. But I patiently negotiated with them and asked to prepare one room for me in any way they could. Fortunately, the staff were kindly cleaning one room (it did not seem normal for customers) and provided to me. But it was not so clean... because cleaning time was 10 minutes..,...

"My mother and I stayed in this hotel for a brief layover from the Jeddah airport. The man at reception was very kind and accommodating, and we were in our room within minutes. The room didn't have towels, and it took over an hour to get towels, but other than that it was fine. It was a very comfortable bed and the A/C worked great. Beautiful view outside, I wish we'd had more time there. They arranged a taxi for us on our way out, which we appreciated very much. "
