"Charming hotel very close to the Wengen train stop. Be prepared for a short uphill walk. Booked via a third party and had no problems. Fantastic included breakfast (juices, yogurt, eggs, pastries, cereals). Staff were prompt and respectful. We upgraded to a balcony room with a mountain view that was very worth it, gorgeous views. There is a sauna with free access in the evenings but we did not try it. My only trouble was many people smoking on the surrounding patios. Not the hotels fault, but it really diminished our ability to enjoy the patio and vistas and fresh air with intrusive cigarette smoke. The patio doors don't fully seal and so smoke wafted in overnight too. I would avoid the restaurant and bar, you can get food and drinks far cheaper elsewhere in town"
