"Worst hotel mattress I've ever slept in (rock hard and lumpy, old and discoloured under the clean sheets), view to a filthy interior courtyard, and loud hostel vibes (university block booking guests liked to chat in the common area right outside my room, at least never after midnight). The 'hair dryer' was from another era (a wall mounted U shaped tube situation) and it was either broken or I couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Positive notes were the location, and the hot water never ran out and had good water pressure (though the shower was very, very small). I come to Geneva often for work and usually get much nicer hotels for the same price I paid here, but this was a last minute trip and all the was left in budget. I'll avoid next time."

"The hotel in nice looking with a beautiful view and balcony. Unfortunately it was hard to enjoy if neighboring room likes to leave cigarettes out on their balcony. We would have appreciated a fridge and the tv was dated. The breakfast is served in a beautiful room and I would have enjoyed it more if they had been straight forward about the start time. They said that it started at 7:30. I arrived at 7:35 and the room was almost full and not all food options were available. I found out later that they shad allowed other groups to come earlier. I would have like to come earlier too if I had known it was possible."

"Room was not ready upon check in (after 3pm) and we were told another hour was needed. Air conditioning did not work for first night. Room was again not cleaned until after 5pm the next day. General service, quality of hotel and breakfast was significantly below that of other 4 stars we stayed at whilst in Switzerland."

"The property has 2 bldgs, a hotel and a guest house. We stayed in the guest house. Breakfast was in the Hey hotel. Staff was friendly, check in was quick. Spacious loft style room. Separate beds for 4 adults. Good breakfast options. Storage room available for luggage after check out."
