"Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is brand new, and you can really feel it — everything is fresh, modern, spotless, and in perfect condition. From the rooms and furniture to all the facilities, absolutely everything is new, stylish, and very well designed. The Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel — fast, stable, and reliable, which was especially convenient for both work and everyday use. The service is excellent. The staff are professional, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything is handled quickly and efficiently, and you really feel well taken care of throughout your stay. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant with great food and very good service. It is definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The location is great — quiet and comfortable, yet very convenient for getting around. The airport, railway station, city center, and other parts of the city are all easily accessible. Taxis are very affordable as well — a ride to the city center is around $5, so getting anywhere you want is quick, easy, and inexpensive. Overall, this is an excellent brand-new hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay: beautiful new rooms and facilities, excellent service, fast Wi-Fi, a great restaurant, and a convenient, quiet location. Everything feels fresh, clean, modern, and thoughtfully done. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again!"

"Nestled amidst majestic mountains, this hotel offers a delightful stay. We were fortunate to find ourselves within a relatively empty property, allowing us to enjoy the pool to ourselves most of the time. However, the bar and restaurant could have improved. The BBQ and kebab options were unavailable, and the pool bar was closed throughout our stay, forcing us to venture inside and order drinks from the restaurant. In terms of pricing, I found it to be a bit high compared to other hotels of similar quality in Europe. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was worth it. I highly recommend booking a massage. The masseuse was skilled and attentive, and I felt a significant improvement in my back after the session. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. The pool was an absolute highlight, and the surrounding area was spotless. We felt truly welcomed and would definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"Old soviet hotel bed was ok not the best shower was ok just hard to get in and out of, breakfast was average, the room aircon struggled to keep room comfortable. ( black out curtain help) only recieved about 5-6 tv channels. The lobby, reception and banquet room were live every night with weddings and parties. Cant complain about the beer prices at bar."

"What a fantastic experience! We stayed here with our family and our two children, and we couldn’t have been happier. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food. There was something for everyone, and our children loved it too. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!"
