"It’s an older hotel, but the room was kept very clean. The staff were neither good nor bad—they weren't particularly friendly or smiling, just very businesslike, though they were efficient. I was shocked to find there was no hairdryer in the room, especially since they told me they had to "look for a spare." I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn't have a hairdryer in every room. Also, for some reason, the fridge had been pulled out from its usual spot and wouldn't work even when plugged in. Since we arrived late and were exhausted, we just decided to give up and accept it for what it was."

"This place is beautiful and big and feels like you are actually somewhere else than Oklahoma, I’m from Oklahoma and just wanted a weekend getaway and chose this place to stay somewhere different and loved it. I wished I could stay longer and wish the beach was opened but that’s ok! The junior suite is spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. You don’t have to check out, it’s automatic. I do kinda wish they wouldn’t open the Waterparks to the public just to keep the crowd level down but I understand. "

"I did not get to stay Expedia messed up and canceled my reservation and they had my money and I had no room and 3 kids and my daughter that grown and I had no more money and they refusing to help and I told them so what these babies got to sleep in a car over yall messed up and she said well you will get your money is 7 to 10 days so how that hero is now I need it now are yall get a room but refused and keep lifting to use on ovine all kinds of lies to not have to help is my daughter uses them all the time but we will never again since this goes they do they’re customers and did my hand babies now we in a car no blankets and cold thank you Expedia for taking money and putting us in the streets"

"A little bit dirty, but during regular conversation with front desk, they noted that were schedule to update carpet and a number of items in the near future. Good breakfast with egg/cheese omelet, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, granola, yogurt, fruit, etc. A little bit of road noise that can be drowned out by turning air from auto to on."
