"The location beside the lake was really nice, and my bedroom overlooked the lake so that was just perfect. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home, even fetching me a beer to relax outside beside the lake when I arrived (despite the bar not actually open). Room was a generous size. Surrounded by lawn I was able to go for a run before brekky. Breakfast was okay, but coffee the typical American average- no espresso."

"The room was dirty upon arrival and we had a tick in our room elevators... Your better off taking the stairs if you don't want to wait an hour for the elevators the floors in all the water areas were slippery and disgusting inside area supposed to be heated but last two days of our stay were very cold water cold we ended up utilizing the jacuzzi most of the time because everywhere else was cold The jacuzzi also was not that hot and with it raining outside the inside of the resort should have been warm It was absolutely unenjoyable"

"Problems: 1. ac compressor is making a loud vibrating sound 2. Bath tub stopper is not screwed in 3. Closet door handle is falling off. 4. Table in the front is very loose and wobbly 5. There is debris on the carpet everywhere. 6. Spilled liquid dried on down the side of the Ottoman 7. Lightbulb flickering on and off in the ceiling light in the front room 8. When you flush the toilet, it splashes up onto the seat"

"The room was nice and clean when I arrived. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was a little pricey. Adding bacon or any thing else that wasn’t on the breakfast bar was an extra charge. They were not clear about validating the parking ticket before you leave to go in and out."
