" I want to start by saying the staff is so very lovely. Heads up, if you are reserving the "comfort" room, take note these rooms are NOT in the hotel. They are around the corner in the parking garage. They do have a window that faces right into the smoke yard so don't expect to open the window. We found this out the hard way.. I ended up having to pay for an upgrade to a room that faces into the street. The problem with that is there is a hostel and a club style restaurant across the street...

"Had a wonderful stay here with my daughter. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore Bruges. When we were checked in by the very friendly staff we were told we had been upgraded to a garden view room. The view was lovely and the perfect place to see stunning sunsets from (we were very lucky with the weather!). We sampled drinks at the hotel bar and food at the restaurant during our stay, both of which were good. The staff were all efficient and friendly. "

"Although it is a good 30 minute walk from the station, its location next to canals and proximity to the centre was handy. The room was comfortable, the public areas are very dated. Breakfast included in room rate wasn't great - zero acknowledgment from staff, bleak dining room, items had ran out, coffee foul. Given the general prices in Bruges for hotels, it offered fair value given location and bedroom standard."
