"Superbe large spacious room with everything one needs. Pressure of water in bathroom was amazing. Room were cleaned properly. Breakfast was a 5 stars. Lots of choices. But mattress was old and uncomfortable, could not sleep properly, has to be changed. Room 814 to avoid."

"Compared to the rest of the southern sun hotels I’ve used over the years. This is the worst!! The rooms are not appealing, the towels are not clean. They look something between white and brown. The bathrooms are a turn off. The workmanship on the plumbing is just untidy. This hotel needs a serious revamp. The walkways are so dull. It looks so dingy. "

"Just finished a stay here with family members, and it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, dinner options were equally great. The staff members are the pride and joy in this hotel. Special mention to Nelly, Lillian, Samwel, Milka and Shelmith in the restaurant. Sammy in housekeeping and Janet at front desk. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and helped out a great deal. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. I would probably recommend attention to water temperatures and sink water flow, before rooms are let for accommodating but other than that are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying and would stay here again. Big thank you for making our stay so welcoming! "
