"Apparently a staff member called out for work. I'm assuming it was the person in charge who kept complaining to any employee within earshot about this person calling out. Offended she had blocked her call. This person obviously needed the day off for personal reasons and did not want to take your call harrassing her to come in anyway. And as a guest, I definitely didn't need to hear about the situation through my entire breakfast. Unprofessional."

"Don't waste your money staying here! We ended up at another hotel because of the lack of help and the horrible room. The toilet felt like the height of one in a pre-school and the climate control of the room was terrible. The bathroom was very small and not very friendly to use. The sound of the traffic was not good either. Could not reach any staff to discuss our concerns had to send an email to get answered 2 days later. Lock to main house door was supposed to be kept locked and was not. Hot tub was also out of order and was not told until the day before arrival. Again don't waste your time with these people, go somewhere else!"

"This property reeks of cigarette smoke. We have allergies. I called Expedia to see what to do. Expedia called the hotel. Then the front desk called me to yell at me about going behind their back. I was like what are you going to do? Offer me an air freshener. Cool, more irritation of my nose. After telling me I could leave and that they would approve a refund, management then turned around and denied the refund to Expedia. Disgusting."

"Staff was lovely and the room was large but the rugs and couch were stained and felt a bit dirty! With improvement there the stay would have been excellent."

"Pleasant staff. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Walking distance to downtown attractions. Grateful that the Inn sold stamps for my postcards and mailed them out! Definitely going to rebook."

"The front desk employee Audrey was fantastic! She was helpful, kind, and assisted us with completing our stay. She helped us book another night and find places to eat around town. She is a gem and should be recognized for outstanding work ethic. "

"Elevators broken again… all of them! Since November 2025 (we were here then). No signs, and one elevator always went to the 8th floor (no explanation), and the reception staff said they were waiting on part?! See pictures. Food left out in hallways for 2 days! Disgusting. Pool and hot tub not open again for maintenance. Breakfast buffet is powdered eggs and stale English muffins. Go with the omelette station. Coffee is from machine, not brewed. Sucked. Property is dated everywhere. There was a commotion involving law enforcement after midnight and yelling. I received a note on my car each day stating I needed to pay for parking. And the receptionist at the front desk said to disregard. Every single day! No explanation. We were scheduled to stay here for a wedding in May. Canceled. Worst hotel experience ever in my 64 years. Make some effort like you actually cared. Which clearly you don’t!"
