"The room was clean and everything was as it should be in the rooms… however, a $200 deposit was required at check-in that we were absolutely not told about as well as their valet parking is $65 a night which is steep. "

"Room wasn’t cleaned, no coffee pods or cups, pool side food order delivered to room instead of pool, took 30 min to get valet parked car because there were so many people checking out. In fairness, the manager did give us a food credit for our trouble. This is a new hotel in a great location but it is understaffed for the number of area events it supports. "
