Our room did not have ANY hand soap, shampoo or conditioner. Had to buy our own. The windows were louver windows so the air conditioning had to be blasted all day and night to get the room cool. Lock on sliding glass door seemed flimsy. The parking garage was very tight. Definitely not suitable for large vehicles. Our Acadia barely fit in the stall. Location was very close to the beach which was great! The price of the rooms and location make it reasonable to deal with everything and because of that we’d stay there again.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location - one block from the beach. Plenty of choice in terms of shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, bars, convenience stores it was all right there. I would consider staying at this property again. Pool was lovely, breakfast was great with lots of options. We were there for 5 days so it was nice to be able to do our own washing with amenities downstairs. It was everything you could as for. If you wanted a rental you could book it - sightseeing there was someone to arrange that for you. Parking was convenient and easy.

The rooms are very dated, the three elevators are extremely slow and not sufficient for a large resort. Duke’s is overrated, basically an average buffet place that draws people from everywhere. Hula Grill is quite good, the beach is very nice (walk to Target and buy some beach chairs and an umbrella), Pai Deli in the lobby is great beach food for lunch. Overall, you are paying for the location, not the resort.
