Very pleasant stay, friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Room clean - just the felt the decor was a little tired - but understandable in the current economic climate. Great that there was parking available. Great that it was dog friendly. Very convenient for the sea front.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming, our room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was as big or small as you wanted, and perfectly cooked. All in all, a very pleasent and comfortable stay. Plenty of on-sight parking, but beware of the narrow entrance gateways and large step up from the pavement!

An excellent find - Great well appointed room, very clean and a very comfy bed. Bathroom was very clean and an excellent shower. Little touches like biscuits and chocolate treats were totally unexpected but gratefully received. Staff were very polite and provided an excellent service. The included breakfast was great.
