This is a great place to stay, right next to the beach and the harbour.The welcome is warm, a great hostess, the bed very comfortable and the bedlinen pristine. The continental breakfast is the best ever. Easy walking distance to the train station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Good stay, basic bed and breakfast for a good price. Friendly host who was on hand if needed, offered hairdryer etc on arrival if needed. Offered plenty fresh milk and chilled water due to the heat. Friendly, relaxed and situated close to amenities.

The room was compact. Ideal when one is travelling alone. Goid view of the sea from the window. To wash, there was a choice of a basin in the bedroom and the bathroom. Very quiet throughout. For travel, all the bus stops are together - about a,ten minute walk.

Short stay meeting my sister in Weymouth ,found this lovely small hotel on the see front with the most amazing view of the beach ,close to all the amenities, harbour, theatre,shops ,pubs& restaurants &even better the hostess couldn't of been more welcoming & informative ,of the area witch helped make are stay fulfilling & relaxing 👍thank you Nicola .we will be back 🤗

I liked the Georgian decor as its kept its original features. It was close to everything, from the shops, to the buses and trains, but away from the noise. Our room looked on to the harbour where we saw the trawler boats going out every morning. I liked the fruit plater breakfast and my partner was please with his scrambled eggs & cooked breakfast. The only negative was our bathroom was very small.

I have just spent a wonderful four nights stay at the Weymouth Sands and although I had a small single room situated towards the top of the house ( my choice) I had a lovely view of Weymouth Bay and the bed was so comfortable. Nicola not only produces the perfect breakfast but she is also the perfect host - affable, funny ( in the best sense of the word) and a mine of information - particularly in advising which restaurants to try. I would definitely recommend the Weymouth Sands and I intend to stay there again when I return to Weymouth. Patrick Baird

A wonderful 4 night stay at Weymouth Sands which is in a brilliant location. Nicola was a fantastic, friendly host and should I return to Weymouth, I’ll definitely be checking this guest house first.
