"Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening."

It felt like a real treat after a long day. The location was perfect for commuting to the Spa-Francorchamps Grand Prix. It was close enough to make travelling to and from the circuit easy, while being far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the crowds. The hotel itself is charming, with a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re attending the Belgian Grand Prix."
