"I have been and stayed at this hotel many times, and it’s always been a good experience. Not so much bang for my buck. $250 for a bed for the night is, in my opinion, over the top, but thats just me.
To that, I find the staff full of attitude and very unhelpful. Upon checking in, I stood at the desk in front of the young lady that was in duty for about 30 seconds. This may not seem like a long time, and I am certainly not going to exaggerate saying, ‘I stood there for five minutes’. In that brief clip of time she was so engrossed in her texting, and yes, I could clearly see the screen, that she failed to realize that I was standing there. When I politely said ‘hello’ I was met with a finger, that I interpreted as ‘wait’. Not acceptable!
When I said to her, ‘hey maybe you can do that later’, I was met with such attitude, that if I and my family was not so tired, we would have left and gone somewhere else.
Is this how you treat returning customers. Outrageous!"
