This was everyone from front desk, concierge, gift shop, pool staff, rental staff, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff. We felt so welcome. Amenities available were all excellent. "At the reception Joly met us and the check in was supperb. Joly is a very pleasant and helpfull person, she went out of her way to help us every way she could.
